Sessions Information

We all have the tools and desire to grow, learn and create change. This often requires open, sincere reflection and candour that I believe can only be achieved with a supportive, non-judgemental environment that allows you to explore the areas of your life and yourself which you feel need attention. Time and again I see that real, lasting positive change occurs not when we are ‘told’ but when this type of open, sincere, authentic exploration within ourselves is undertaken.

I really believe that healing comes from the permission to be or to feel as many parts of ourselves as we can. There is something really powerful in understanding and accepting the way we are. I think behaviours drop away with this acceptance. Person-centred psychotherapy helps change the foundation, the building blocks of our understandings of ourselves and our lives. Then change comes more organically.

This is hard to do on our own. Our blind spots remain blind to us, and therefore reflective engagement with another or others is often the most powerful tool we have to help us on our way.
